Trying to Open Repo in My Local Server

Hi guys,
I’m still trying to understand how to work here.

I downloaded a repository from the “issues.” The issues is a CSS problem and I think it has been solved already. My challenge, however, is that I’m trying to open the repository on my local machine so that I can view it and be able to open subsequent ones but I’m not able to do open it.

How do I go about this challenge, please?

The attached image is what I have.

Importantly, I can’t find and straight plain React or JavaScript issues. Something straight forward. Please help.

did you read the contributing.md in the root of the repo , there are instructions on how to get the project running .

also if you would be a more detailed about where you are facing the issue , details about your os and environment will help
