I am finding difficulties to run the meshery setup and sistent in my local. Could you please guide me with a better descriptive solution to setup them locally?

at first i have installed meshery extension in my docker desktop. And then i am trying to install mesheryctl using docker platform. i am facing this Error: failed to install prerequisites. Run mesheryctl system start after docker-compose is installed : failed to download /usr/local/bin/docker-compose from https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/v2.33.1/docker-compose-Linux-x86_64: open /usr/local/bin/docker-compose: permission denied
even i have docker compose in my local.
