Hi, I am new to open source and I am looking for a meshmate to guide me on where to start. I have experience with javascript, react, redux toolkits, typescript, Nodejs, AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and Docker.

You should start by joining the weekly Newcomers meeting every Thursday (the next one is tomorrow) to get an overview of the projects and the community. On the call there are MeshMates, Community Managers and maintainers to assist you further and answer your questions. From here you can join one of the many meetings we have consistently to grow in the project, something like the weekly Dev meeting. Check out the calendar at https://meet.layer5.io

Hello @Tangusjr , we can work, learn, and contribute together on this. I am new, and I really love peer learning. So, if you don’t mind, we can talk more about this to figure out the best times for sessions. I am also planning to attend the newcomers’ call tomorrow.
