How to generate a model from the Meshery Integration sheet using local csv files?

I want to generate one of the models(e.g Linkerd) from the integration sheet using local csv files and mesheryctl.

First of all, I can’t copy from the integration sheet. And if I can copy from it, what elements do I need to copy? I supposed I need to copy from the sheet Models, Relationships, and Components and make them into 3 csv files and put them into 1 directory.
