Error on windows while trying to run make site command

I tried removing the semicolon and stuff but some new error keeps popping up.

You’ll need to install Jekyll. I recommend using WSL2. The https://meshery.io website runs on Jekyll. So, too, does https://docs.meshery.io. Here are contributing instructions for Meshery Docs - Contributing to Meshery Docs | Meshery. The same setup applies to meshery.io.

I followed the instructions from here
so i guess Jekyll is installed on my system
